About Me
Hi I’m Brittany! A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Yoga Teacher, and Astrologer with a passion for whole-person healing.
I’ve been a LMHC since 2015, with a background in cognitive rehabilitation for brain injury survivors and behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Since 2020, I’ve offered virtual therapy using CBT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and trauma-informed approaches.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m a certified yoga teacher and Love Your Brain Yoga provider. I’ve developed yoga and meditation programs to help clients reduce anxiety, improve impulse control, and reconnect with energy and motivation.
Meditation became a personal practice in 2018 and now plays a key role in how I support clients with nervous system regulation and inner awareness. I also offer astrology readings as a form of reflective insight, helping clients deepen their connection to themselves beyond the surface.
Whether through therapy, movement, or astrological work, I hold space for clients to feel grounded, empowered, and whole.
